Lelia Colley is the Program Manager of Learning and Development at DataRobot. She is also the community leader of BEACON, where she collaborates with her core team to create resources and events centered around fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace. Lelia blends DEIB into her role by advocating for and securing investment for educational initiatives, workshops, and programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organization. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with friends and family and exploring new places in her hometown of Mobile, AL.
